High-voltage isolation fault repaired
An intermittent pack fault was traced, repaired and electrically verified before return.
Failed battery module replaced
The affected module was matched, replaced and balanced while serviceable components were retained.
Busbar corrosion repaired
Oxidised busbars were replaced, terminals cleaned and all connections correctly torqued.
Battery pack tested and cleared
After reassembly, the pack completed electrical and load validation before vehicle refit.
Manufacturer-scheduled EV service completed
Vehicle systems, filters, fluids, tyres and service items were checked, with diagnostic results confirmed before handover.
Routine maintenance and safety inspection
